Balloki Power plant, Regasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) has been finished effectively which will give 1,223 MW power to the national matrix.

Rashid Mahmood, CEO of National Power Parks Management Company (NPPMCL), said on 29th July that “I am glad to declare that the Balloki venture is presently ready to supply up to 1,223 megawatts (MW) of continuous capacity to the national lattice, the equal power expected to supply up to 2.5 million Pakistani homes. This is the second regasified melted petroleum gas (RLNG) control venture created by NPPMCL – the first being the Haveli Bahadur Shah (HBS) control plant, which entered undeniable consolidated cycle business tasks in May 2018.”
He included, the HBS and Balloki plants have just included more than 5.5 billion kilowatt long stretches of capacity to the national lattice while in the appointing stage and they will keep on delivering effective, ease control for up to 30 years, having a beneficial outcome in the lives of the general population of Pakistan.
The National Power Parks Management Company (NPPMCL) given the agreement to Harbin Electric International Company Limited (HEI), which is the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) temporary worker for the undertaking and in charge of the finish of all the appointing work and fruitful tests. Besides, HEI sub-contracted General Electric’s (GE) to supply two of its gas turbines, some assistant hardware, and specialized warning administrations.
